Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You may sign in using Google or another supported authentication method; your use of those methods is also subject to that provider's own terms.

3. Description of Service

Thredline provides trend and competitive-intelligence tools for apparel brands, including reads derived from your connected store, from the catalogs you nominate, and from publicly available market data. The Service reports what was observed in tracked catalogs; it does not forecast demand. Features and availability may change over time.

4. Connecting Third-Party Accounts

If you connect a store or other third-party service to Thredline, you authorize us to access the data necessary to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that data with us.

5. Nominated Brands

You may nominate brands whose public catalogs Thredline reads on your behalf. Thredline reads only publicly available listing information, identifies itself when it does so, and stores derived figures rather than copies of those catalogs. You agree not to nominate brands for any unlawful purpose.

6. Fees

Thredline is currently offered without charge while in early access. If we introduce paid plans, their prices, billing cycle, renewal, and cancellation terms will be set out here and in the Service before any charge applies to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts or data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law;
• Use the Service to build a competing product using data obtained through the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

Thredline and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, designs, and content we provide, excluding data you upload or connect, such as your store data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Reads, coverage figures, and generated concepts are provided for informational purposes only, reflect what was observed at the time of reading, and do not constitute business, financial, or legal advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thredline and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Thredline is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
